Please note that during SALE periods deliveries may take 1-2 days longer than the transit times specified above. All transit times stated here are a guide unless it is a nominated delivery.

Where does Really Wild deliver to?

UK & EU: Really Wild online www.reallywildclothing.com delivers to all areas of the UK including Ireland, all off-shore islands and across the European Union.

US: Really Wild delivers to the US including North America.

Rest of World: Really Wild delivers to all other countries, if you are struggling to get your product delivered please contact our customer service team.

How much does Really Wild UK delivery cost?

Really Wild offers 3 types of delivery for the UK. Standard Delivery which takes 2-3 days at £4.95, Next Day Delivery at £7.95 and Saturday Delivery at £15.00

Free UK Delivery for orders over £300

For customers spending over £300 we offer a free standard delivery service, this is only applicable to UK Mainland customers.

How much does Really Wild delivery cost in the EU?

For customers shipping to the EU, Really Wild offers a standard delivery to the EU which costs £9.95 and takes 5-10 days from the date of dispatch.

Can I get my package delivered to an alternative address?

Please specify if you would like your order to be sent to an alternative delivery address, however if you do forget you can give our customer service team a call on 01491352600 and we can get this changed for you.

How can I follow the progress of my order?

To help you keep track of your order, we will:

  • Send a confirmation email to confirm your order.
  • Send a dispatch email to let you know your parcel is on its way.
  • Our courier will send an email advising you of the day your delivery is due.
  • Our courier will also send an email and/or a text detailing a 1-hour delivery time slot (UK customers only). If this time is not convenient then you can change the delivery date or request delivery to a safe place or neighbour.

Who will deliver my parcel?

Really Wild uses a range of delivery companies based on the size and destination of your order. Couriers we use are: DPD, DHL, Secure Media and Royal Mail.

Do I have to sign for my delivery?

Really Wild dispatches all orders on a signed for service, therefore a signature is required for all deliveries. If you are not available during delivery, please request your parcel to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour.
