Contrary to what you might believe, tweed is just not for the countryside, but slots in really well with many of your existing wardrobe pieces.
Here I’ve styled a gorgeous single-breasted tweed jacket and trousers, which can be worn together as a suit but also worn
separately, and are staples for years to come. I’ve paired the tweed with a feminine satin blouse, which creates a
contrasted, yet balanced chic look.
For this outfit, we’re pairing a red satin skirt with a roll neck jumper, finished off with the Portobello houndstooth check coat,
which is made from cashmere and wool-blend Scottish tweed. Its houndstooth pattern is eternally classic and goes with
everything, making it the perfect addition to your autumn wardrobe.
Here we have an off-duty weekend outfit, and I’m pairing the tweed cashmere and lambswool bomber jacket with jeans, roll-neck
and trainers for an effortless, casual look. This jacket really took me by surprise, but it slots in so easily with my
existing wardrobe.
With a little creativity, along with trying your tweed pieces with various items you already own, it will soon become apparent just how versatile this gorgeous fabric is.
